Responsibilities

• 1. Handling customer queries.

  2. Experience in emails, chats or voice will be beneficial.

  3. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction

  4. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

  5. Take calls over the phone which involves working in different time zones

Requirements

• Candidates must have excellent verbal English & Hindi communication skills without MTI.

  Candidates must be comfortable with 24*7 shift.

  Candidate location should be ready to relocate to Gurugram

  Virtual interview will be conducted.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience in BPO or MNC required on paper.
