Responsibilities

• 1. Handling customer queries.

  2. Experience in emails, chats or voice will be beneficial.

  3. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction

  4. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

  5. Take calls over the phone which involves working in different time zones.

Requirements

• Candidates must have excellent verbal English & Hindi communication skills without MTI.

  Experience in travel industry is preferred.

  Candidates must be comfortable with 24*7 shift including hard core night shifts.

  Candidate should be ready to relocate to Gurugram after selection.

  Virtual interview will be conducted.

  Immediate Joiners only.

Educational Requirements

• Undergraduate with minimum 6 month international BPO/KPO experience mandatory.

  Graduate fresher's and experienced both can apply.

Working Hours

• 9 Hours.
• Mon-Fri
• Sat-Sun Fixed off
