• We are urgently hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process. If you have strong English communication skills and experience handling international customers, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.

• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.

• Maintain call logs and update customer information accurately.

• Deliver excellent customer service and achieve performance targets.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (both can apply)

• Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in an international voice process

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment\n

• Undergraduate and graduate both can apply.

Working Hours

• 9 Hours.
• 5 Working Days
• 24*7

Benefits

• Salary: Up to ₹32,000 per month + ₹4,000 cab allowance

• Incentives: ₹2,000 – ₹3,000 per month based on performance

• Work Days: 5 days a week (Saturday & Sunday fixed off)

• Interview Mode: Virtual interviews available for candidates outside Pune
